Made entirely of soft, thin fabric in navy baby with dainty floral lace running along the body. This is a rework piece, originally white but I turned it into blue. Brand is a local American one, straps are non adjustable with snap closure at the bottom. Fit best size S to M

Condition: good, freshly washed and ready to wear
